Returns

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to let us know you are returning the item. You then have another 14 calendar days to return an item (A total of 28 calendar days since you received the item). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (if you have an account with us we should have this on the system). 

 You are responsible for any cost in returning the item, unless the return is our fault e.g. wrong item sent. In this case you would be responsible for the initial cost of return and once the returned item is received we will cover a reasonable postage cost. Please contact us prior to returning an item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
