Refund policy

Thanks for shopping with Merch Church online.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to let us know you are returning the item. You then have another 14 calendar days to return an item (A total of 28 calendar days since you received the item). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (if you have an account with us we should have this on the system). 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Delayed and Lost Items

If you feel that your delivery is delayed or lost, please check your emails for your tracking number to check the tracking. If the tracking is showing as delivered please check with any other members of your household and neighbours.

If the item is not delivered within the expected time (please remember some periods are busier than others and delays are expected e.g. Christmas) please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the situation. Contact details can be found on the contact us page.

Once you have notified us of the issue we will look into this with courier according to their policies. Whilst the courier is looking into the issue, we will set aside a replacement order (where available) to be resent if required. 

Once the courier has resolved the issue, and processed our compensation claim, we will work with you to action one of the following:

  • Redeliver available items.
  • Issue a full refund on unavailable items and postage.
  • If you have received your items, but after a significant delay, once compensation is claimed from the courier, we will process a refund for the cost of postage.
